Why We Exist
Before PropAide, a typical new SDA property took three to six weeks to go from handover to move-in ready. The provider had to coordinate a furniture supplier, a whitegoods installer, an assembly team, and a cleaner. All separately. All on different timelines. Every week that property sat unfurnished was a participant still waiting for a home.
We started PropAide to fix that. One order, one team, one invoice. You tell us what your property needs. We handle the furniture, delivery, assembly, cleaning, and setup. Your property is move-in ready in days, not weeks.
